Experience individualized training for your unique body, background, needs, and goals. Work with expert personal trainers Claire Killian and Marlena Shoemaker. All levels and all bodies welcome.
Small group classes
Join semi-private classes, capped at 6 participants, to ensure high-quality coaching and one-on-one time. Choose from 3 class structures, or mix it up: Groundwork, Middle Ground, and Grounded Athlete.
